Practice Village is a service of AIdedEQ ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because that is how we try to do everything here.
What we collect
- Your email, when you join the free Charter List.
- Your name, email, phone number, and payment details, when you reserve the Founding Circle or start a Membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Your phone number is collected only to invite you to the WhatsApp Front Porch when it opens. It is used for that, not for spam.
- What you choose to share with the Concierge. The interactive demo on this site runs in your browser and saves nothing to us unless you ask it to. As member features open, the Concierge only saves to your record what you consent to save.
How we use it
- To send your founding invite and the link to your plan.
- To run your account, process payments, and provide the service.
- To invite you to the WhatsApp Front Porch (phone only).
- To send occasional updates about Practice Village. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Practice Village, and only as needed:
- Netlify — hosting and form submissions.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- WhatsApp / Meta — only if you opt in to the Front Porch.
- AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) — to power the Concierge. We share only what is needed to generate a response, and we do not let them use your conversations to train their models.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our members and our team.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@aidedeq.org and we will take care of it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
Cookies and tracking
This site is intentionally light. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is essential to make the site and forms work.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are part of Practice Village and for as long as we need it to provide the service or meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete it, we do.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we work with established providers (Netlify, Stripe) who do the same. No method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
Who this is for
Practice Village is built for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Where your data is handled
We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there by us and our providers.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you.
