These terms are the agreement between you and AIdedEQ ("we," "us," "our") for using Practice Village. By joining or using the site, you agree to them.
What Practice Village is
Practice Village is an AI-powered digital community center for women rebuilding after a major life change. It includes the Concierge (an AI-supported guide), live group programs like the Founding Circle, and membership access to rooms that open over time. We are a founding launch and open room by room, so some features are still being built.
What it is not
Practice Village is an educational and practice service. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship. The Concierge and our programs do not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed therapist, doctor, attorney, or financial advisor. It is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or this is an emergency, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to use Practice Village.
The community
Our live sessions and the WhatsApp Front Porch are spaces where women speak freely. Treat others with respect and keep what is shared private. We may remove access for behavior that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to the community, without refund.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
- Free Charter List — no payment; you can leave anytime.
- Founding Circle ($97, one time) — a six-week live cohort plus six months of Village access. Because seats are limited and live, you can request a full refund up to the start of your cohort's first session; after it begins, it is non-refundable.
- Membership ($19/month) — recurring until you cancel. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of your current billing month; we do not prorate partial months.
Founding prices are locked for founding members. Payments are handled by Stripe under their terms. We may change future pricing, but not the rate you locked in.
The Concierge and AI
The Concierge is powered by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Please use judgment and verify anything important. Its responses are information and practice support, not professional advice. You are responsible for the choices and actions you take.
Your information and your record
The Concierge saves to your record only what you consent to save, and your record is yours to export or delete. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The Practice Village name, the Concierge, our lessons, and our materials belong to us. The four ideas we share as free teachings are yours to use and pass on. Please do not copy, resell, or repackage our paid materials or program content.
Service "as is"
We provide Practice Village as it is and as it becomes available during the founding launch. We do our best, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change as the Village grows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIdedEQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Practice Village. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Practice Village grows. We will update the date at the top, and tell you if a change is significant. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
